The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September. The fermentation lasts around 10 days at 28-30 °C then the wine is transferred into oak barriques where it will age for at least 10 months. After the bottling, it will refine in the bottle around 10 months before its introduction on the market.
A slight hint of garnet softens the intensity of its deep ruby red colour. It shows outstanding aromas of vanilla, small wild berries and pomegranate. It has a long and smooth finish combined with a special dryness.
